About the NAHB
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a trade association that
helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since
1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the
public at large. The North Central West Virginia chapter is dedicated to the
needs and education of our members and the betterment of the residential
building industry.

EPA Lead-Safe Certification Program
As of April 22, 2010, federal law requires that:
- Renovation firms must be certified under EPA's Renovation, Repair and
Painting Rule
- Individuals must be trained in lead-safe work practices
- Training providers must be accredited by EPA.
