Unique Building Solutions offers a custom made shutter using fiber cement siding.

If you are building a new home or remodeling your home, these shutters add a unique and rich look to your home. Shutters made of fiber cement give you the ability to repaint the shutters if you change the color of your home. They will not fade quickly unlike typical vinyl shutters. The paint on shutters will last three times longer than the paint on wood or vinyl shutters. The shutters are non combustible and will not warp or rot.

The shutters are available in standard and custom colors. Shutters are available with two, three or four boards.

The cost per inch of standard colored shutters is $1.50 per inch.

The cost per inch of custom colored shutters is $1.50 per inch.

Cost is based on the Height of the window.

Example-Window Height is 50". Cost is $75 plus shipping for one pair of shutters.

Please note the shutters require 3-4 weeks to build and ship to your location. Freight costs will be determined at time of invoice.
